No problem with most of the parts except the motherboard.

There is no need in my mind for an enthusiast motherboard designed for more than two pci-e slots and record setting overclocks.

Look for something more basic from Asus. Gigabyte or EVGA.

+1 ^ Might try this, which is in between (and has another discount for the combo): 17-930 and Gigabyte UD5

Assuming this rig is for more than gaming.
