Intel 335 vs 330 - Reliability

I've been hearing that the 330 series is very reliable. How does the 335 pair up against the 330 in terms of reliability?

The 335 is essentially the same as the 330, except with more efficient power usage. It uses close to 1/3 the power to be exact. (850mW compared to ~300mW)

The 335 is the 330 with a smaller die manufacturing method of 20nm vs 25nm.
