Graphic card upgrade

Just finished upgrading my computer to the AMD Phenom X6 and 890G Motherboard. I have a fairly recent 512MB Radeon 4850 card. Looking for an upgrade in the $200 range. I have come up with a Nvidia GTX 460 or Radeon 5770. Are those what I should be looking at and if so, which it the better choice? thanks in advance!
(PS, I'd like a card with a default fan that is pretty quiet if possible)
