Oke, i just joined this site so im kinda new :)  .

Well my problem : Everytime i turn on my pc it starts beeping for 11 times and it doesnt show anything on the display so i only get a black screen . I searched on google what 11 beep tones means on AMI ( American Megatrends)

http://pcsupport.about.com/od/fixtheproblem/tp/ami-beep... (here it says that the cache memory test has failed )

http://kb.iu.edu/data/afzy.html ( and here it says that the L2 Cache is bad)

so my question is what do i do?

specs :

CPU : AMD Athlon II X3 450 3.2 GHz
Video card : Nvidia GTS 250 1 GB
RAM : 4 GB
HDD : 640 GBB SATA

More about : cache bad

if its bad its bad,
unfortunately cpu's arent like toasters where you can take a bad component out and have it replaced,
if taking it back to the retailer isn't an option, your going to have to buy a new chip I'm afraid,

I'm off to work now but I'm sure others will look in and help
