what cpu options do i have with an upgrade? currently running amd 64 x2 5200+

Last bios released 31/05/10 supports 6 core cpu's, which will be the Phenom II X6 1090T 3.2GHz 125w

how hard would it be to flash the bios on the mother board so i could fit the phenom range of cpu's?
