I've got all kind of troubles.

Hello: My troubles started after I ran a malware scan and clicked on the "eliminate all" tab. Now my device manage is empty, my sound card is not recognized, no usb port is working, my computer takes a lot of time to open. My usb port do not recognized a flash memeory but it will open it.
My web cam(USB) and my printer(USB) and a USB type internet modem are compleltely dead. What to do?

What virus program did you use to run the malware scan? Either the virus infected some of your crucial files and you've now deleted them, OR you fell victim to a malicious program pretending to be an antivirus suite.

Try a system restore to an earlier time.
If you have a backup, restore it.
