Intel® Desktop Board DH67VR vs MSI H67MA-E35 the motherboard is mainly for multimedia purpose like editing videos watching movies etc ..as my cousin is confused which to choose im asking in this forum pls reply..

Considering the GPU is inside the CPU itself and not part of the motherboard, performance should be almost identical. Regardless of which board you use, you're still using the same Intel 2000 or 3000 embedded within the CPU itself. Though, it's kinda pointless to choose a K-series CPU for the 3000 GPU on an H67 board because you won't be able to overclock it. That's the K-series main enthusiast selling point - overclocking.

i know it i will not overclock it as it is not used for gaming im satisfied with stock speed just say which mobo is better

Either should do the job.
The Intel board has 4 ram slots so it can support more total ram.
If you ever want more than 8gb of ram for video editing, then get the Intel board.
