what is the difference between ati 4550 and ati radeon hd 4670

With its low power consumption and usually quiet operation the HD4550 is perfect for HTPC and media centre uses but is really no good for gaming.
The HD4670 is a low end gaming card, not much use for the big, modern titles but would be perfect for older games or those with lower system requirements.

+1^ the 4670 is meant for gaming on a entry level while still being cheap, the 4550 is a replacement for ppl who don't have on board graphics cards and don't need an expensive graphics card, if you're choosing between the 2 then go for the 4670 since it can be used for gaming aswell.
