System won't POST, stuck in constant reboot loop.

Stats are:

MSI 890FXA - GD70
Phenom II 955 BE
Thermax Eclipse II heatsink
Wintec DDR3 4GB dual channel
Samsung Spinpoint F3 500GB
Powercolor PCS+ HD5850
Ultra X4 750w PSU

I booted the system 36 hours ago and everything was perfect. I put in MSI's driver disc and fooled around in Winki for a little bit but didn't install anything. Shortly after I powered down and walked away. My OS arrived yesterday evening and when I went to boot up the system seems to be in a reboot cycle. I did nothing to the system in between the two boots, it just sat there. All the fans and LEDs on the motherboard come on and I have done everything in the "PERFORM THESE STEPS" sticky. I'm kind of heartbroken and very confused. Any help is appreciated.
