Asus equivalent to tyan

I have a Server with following specs
AMD Quad-core Opetron Model 2380
2.5 Ghz, 512 KB L2 cache per core (2 X 2 MB)
2 X 6 MB L3 cache, 1600 Mhz FSB.

The Motherboard is Tyan and RAM is DDR II with the following specs
Motherboard - TYAN - S2932 Thunder n3600M
Processors - AMD Quad-core Opetron Model 2380 - No 2

We are using 2GB X 4 RAM of following specification.

DDR II 667 MHZ ECC.REG  - 2GB D2/25672K67MGO 

I have 2 Nos SAS HDD and 2 Nos SATA HDD. The SAS controller is built in the MB. Let me know if there is any equivalent MB of Asus or other make for me to use with the CPU and RAM available with my current Tyan MB.

Look for either another Tyan or SuperMicro -> http://www.supermicro.com/Aplus/motherboard/Opteron2000/

You'll probably need to look for a used one or contact Tyan or SuperMicro directly to see if they have any in stock or refurbished.
