Where can I find a motherboard with a socket 775 and 2 PCIe x16?

Try computer geeks or ebay. A few sli boards are still out there, but most are used.

ebay is probably your best bet. if you want crossfire look for a p45 board, if you want sli look for an nvidia board.

I have found some but all of them have DDR-2, and I would like to re-use my DDR-3 memory.

there are very few 775 boards that use ddr3 memory (maybe 2 or 3 max). 775 was developed before ddr3 and therefore doesnt support it natively. You will have a very hard time finding a replacement 775 board that supports crossfire and ddr3.

im so retarded, i remembered i was helping out some guy that had a 775 board that used ddr3 and had crossfire but his was an x38 board.
