Specs:

Rampage III Extreme
Corsair XMS3 1333 (6x2Gb)
Intel i7 940 2.92 Ghz
Seasonic 750W

So I have an issue. All my RAM is perfectly fine.
CPUZ shows all 12 Gbs in every slot
and Windows/ even BIOS shows 8 Gbs installed

I tested every slot and all my memory sticks.
Memory is fine and Channel A1 and A2 dont work.
I stick 2 sticks into the first to slot and PC starts but doesnt show anything on the screen.

SO plz help me out. And dont tell me that my $370 mobo is faulty :(

Q - What XMS3 set?

First, do NOT use XMP and set the RAM manually example 9-9-9-27-2N (CAS-TRCD-TRP-TRAS-CMD). You cannot place Tri-Channel RAM is every DIMM slot and expect it to work - it won't! If CPU-z 'sees' the RAM then either the BIOS has shut it down {bad stick or bad BIOS setting including voltage} or you have limited the RAM in MSCONFIG (see below).

I need the following from the Resource Monitor (see below):
Hardware Reserved
Total
Installed

Try something simple, in the BIOS QPI/DRAM Core Voltage -> 1.20v~1.25v assuming the DRAM Voltage is 1.50v most all DDR3-1333 is 1.50v.

Verify settings as shown:
