I think my motherboard is dead

So i recently purchased a pre-built custom pc from ibuypower ( don't buy from them ) and if was working fine until last Saturday. I fell asleep with the pc on it was just sitting at the desktop then i woke up having it turned off thinking it was in sleep mode. It won't turn on. I thought that it was a couple of things like a failed psu but the motherboard has a constant green light on it so i know it getting power. I try to short the power pin and that still didn't work. I really don't know what is wrong with it and i don't want to wait 2 weeks for it to get fixed. Im thinking of reseating the ram and graphics card but i don't know if that will work. I did also make sure that everything was plugged in right. Please help
