if you know of any better components for the money please let me know. Also if there is any incompatibility or parts that i do not have (i have a moniter speakers, os and tower at my house). So what do you guys think of this 695 dollar gaming rig.

You don't need a 800watt power supply not even if you are going crossfire later on a 650watt would do for that. I suggest Corsair, Seasonic or Antec as PSU maker example http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371015
You will need DDR3 ram with the board as well not DDR2 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231190
