First Time Budget build

I have about $230 to spend on a new pc for school. I'll be mostly web browsing, watching youtube, hulu, etc, office work nothing too intensive. I'd prefer if this machine could do most of these task simultaneously, for example having firefox with 10 tabs open while having open office and winamp running, along with antivirus and firewall in the background with no lag. I also would like to be able to watch youtube content in 720p. Here's the build I've come up with:

The above setup would come around ~$15 -$20 more, but you get a better mobo with a very powerful onboard video, a far better PSU and AM3/ DDR3 setup...
 
The 690G, 740G, all Nvidia chipsets below GF8xxx/750a/980a are all essentially AM2 mobos/tech which has HT limitation when used with an AM2+/AM3 CPU and still on PCIex gen 1.0/1.1 and that is why under recommended mobos in any half serious hardware forums u won't find them listed even in rudimentary/el cheapo configs hehe
