Quadro fx 3500 dual view

Hello, I am using the Quadro FX 3500 graphics card on two background projected screens set edge-to-edge.

Left screen is main and the right screen is extended desktop. The two images are aligned perfectly, but when I drag a window over to the secondary screen, they are not aligned. The window is higher on the extended desktop.

I find this very weird since the images are aligned but the windows are not. I have made sure that both outputs have the same resolution and refresh rate.

Any suggestions please?

Are both projector's the same resolution ?

You need to use the same resolution for both so you can drag and see no difference.
