i have a JetWay 775GT1-LOGE LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 570 SLI ATX Intel Motherboard with the Phoenix Technologies, LTD 6.00 PG 01/25/2006 bios. i can not find anywhere to update the bios. can anyone help me out?

there is only one bios there, and i doubt it will do anything useful for you. and no new bios updates will come for your system either
