New Build Biostar A770E3

Hey - So about 3 months ago I built a new PC...
I originally got 4GB of RAM and decided to upgrade to 8 (coming in the mail tonight).
So, tomorrow I should be all set.

But, I have a Biostar A770E3 Motherboard (which I honestly love).
The Ram is Kingston HyperX Blu DDR3 1600
CPU-Z says that it was originally coming in at 666MHz (which is low) and I played with the Bios and got it to 800MHz...

What should it be registering as?
And, how do I go about getting that speed?
