Dvi no signal all of a sudden!

So I completed my first build, and was able to see my bios on the screen perfectly fine with one of the dvi ports on my video card. Unfrortunately, both my dvd drive and my hard drive were doa. I rmad them and while newegg was resending my order, I was still able to see bios on screen. I got the parts, installed them, and they both work! However, now my monitor says dvi no signal no matter what I do! I tried all three ports (2 on my video card, one on mobo) to no avail. I even tried using a vga cable with an hdmi adaptopr, so It isn't the cable. However, I know that the video card works, It has before on this system, and the fan is still spinning! Everything else is working fine, whats the problem?
