could you please tell me if the phenom 955 11x4 processors are compatible with my asus M2N68-am motherboard

Looks like its implying you need to download the suggested Bios for compatibility?

From what I cant tell your motherboard you listed is socket AM2+/AM2 and the AMD CPU you are asking about is a socket AM3.

As far as I know AM3 CPU's are backwards compatible with the AM2+/AM2 socket. Here is an article witht he details: http://arstechnica.com/hardware/news/2009/01/quick-reminder-am3-chips-compatible-with-am2am2-boards.ars

It would probably be best to make sure you get the AMD 955 rev.C3 and update your bios to version 0603(which is very easy to do with ASUS Mobo's)
