Front Panel Connectors...

Alright... So I'm assembling my computer and I came across these connectors. I think I have most of them correct but one part I have no idea what to do. The confusing part for me is this little blue thing that says on one side: "+5v P1 - P1 + GND". On the other side it says NC GND P2+ P2- +5V. My problem is i don't know where to put this on the mobo or what.
I already connected the HDD LED, Power Ground, and Power Reset, also pled - and pled +. Pl0x help!

Go back along the cable to identify the socket/plug it leads to, it could be usb, firewire, front panel audio, I dont know the pinouts off by heart yet and Im on my mobile so cant tab-browse to look

There is no cable. It's a standalone 1cm by 1cm blue piece with the above stated labels on it.

NVM it doesn't even freaking matter. My fan is loose anyway because the stupid lock in place things are dumb. All you do is rotate a piece of plastic and its supposed to keep it in place...

USB, it attaches to the end of the cases USB cable, to give you a little more connector length to work with, and then to the corresponding blue USB header on the board.
