Upgrading hp pavillion a1610n

Hey Everyone.

My Buddy Asked me to update his hp pavillion a1610n:

Specs
Athlon 64 X2 (W) 4200+ 2.2 GHz
Motherboard:Asus (chip Set GeForce 6150 LE)
250 Sata Hard-drive
1gig of DDR2
Integrated Graphics. (Nvida)

Its His Wife Computer and she complains it runs slow... So i was thinking i would upgrade the Memory Bump it up to 4gig's..Than i was think i would throw in Graphics Card to a Radeon Hd (to Ease the machine on the Intergrated Graphics). my Question is whats a good Cheap Radeon Hd Graphics Card. Keep in mind she use this monstly for downloading.. and surfing the web so i dont need anything huge just a boost over the Integrated Grahpic in the machine.

A 2gb ddr2 4200 kit is like $40 at Newegg and a Hd 4350 would be fine for what it's used for.
