Need motherboard and ram

have pny GTX 460 OC
and planning on getting AMD 965 BE
need motherboard under 100.00
and Ram just need a good match for the above for gaming no more than
2 X 2gigs i want to optimise the current build for games only need 1 pci express slot do not plan on running sli and would like the board to be able to unlock 6 core just in case of upgrade in future and ATX have about 150.00 for the board and ram or all together 300.00 for cpu board and ram please
