Motherboard seems to have died last night. My room mates said they heard a loud pop and a flash, but they didnt know where it came from. I was told that my computer was still on after the pop though, but now it won't turn back on. Ive tested the power supply, and the cpu with different mobos and they boot right up. The computer won't post, but the weird thing is, my keyboard still lights up even though the computer shows zero sign of life.
I guess im in need of a suggestion for a reasonably priced, socket lga775 reliable mobo. The only requirements are, 4 ddr2 ram slots, core 2 quad compatible, and a pci-e slot.
