ASUS Rampage Extreme III Mobo
Intel i7 930 2.8Ghz CPU
CoolMaster V8 Cpu Cooler
Corsair Dominator GT 6gb 1600Mhz (with the Ram Cooler)
2x ATi Radeon HD5850 1gb Toxic Edition (CrossFire)
gskill Falcon II SSD 128Gb
WD Caviar Black 1Tb HDD

And running with Windows 7 64bit PHE

Let me know what you think, if u have any suggestions or other solutions.

Cheers

^ If you dont have any plans of overclocking high - say 4GHz+, then I dont see the need for that mobo and RAM...
Mobo -
ASUS P6X58D Premium LGA 1366 - If you want a board with eSATA and 2x LAN or ASUS P6X58D-E would do...

RAM -

hey thanx for that, the ocz agility2 looks like definate better value for money than the gskill. as to overclocking i am looking to go 4ghz, im not looking at a water cooled system atm, is the v8 cooler along with the thermalright backside cooler enough to keep it cool? or do i need to go to something like a Corsair H50/70?

^ 4GHz though is a pretty attractive overclock, but in performance/ power point of view, 3.6-3.8GHz is better...

And V8 is not the best performer in its price range, but with thermalright backside cooler, cooling might improve...And I dont think the H50 would help either...
Always big air cooler would perform better than small water...
If you want to reach 4GHz, then my option for the cooler would be -

Scythe Mugen 2 Rev B with an additional high performance fan

Noctua NH-D14

Noctua NH-U12P SE2

Prolimatech Megahalems Rev.B with 2 high performance fans

But then again I would highly recommend you to go through that article...IMO 3.6-3.8GHz is the sweet spot for these CPUs and that V8 that you already have + the ASUS P6X58D mobo and any of the RAMs that I have linked are capable of that overclock levels...
