How can i get my fans to run?

Hey all,
I cant get any of my fans to spin, apart from my cpu cooler.
This isnt really matter of life or death, its just i would like to know how to get them to run.
The case i have is a thermal take armor plus. its got a big fan on the side of the case.
Are there any programs i could use?
