Big thanks to Sp12 for your initial advise. Just want to make sure I didnt screw anything up in the actual part selection.

Does anyone have a preference between tigerdirect, newegg and frys? Frys electronics I wouldnt have to pay shipping, newegg I get a few deals on combos and a few better prices which makes up for not having to pay tax at tigerdirect so really which is the most trustworthy (there is also the added bonus of being able to return things to frys same day if needed)

APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: within the next week

BUDGET RANGE: $1000ISH

SYSTEM USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: Games (mainly WoW maybe FFXIV when it comes out), internet browsing, minor photo/video editing maybe.

PARTS NOT REQUIRED: Mouse, monitor, keyboard, O.S.

PREFERRED WEBSITE(S) FOR PARTS: no preference (I am in California though if there is an out of state website that could save me on tax)

COUNTRY OF ORIGIN: U.S.

PARTS PREFERENCES: None

OVERCLOCKING: Maybe

SLI OR CROSSFIRE: Maybe

MONITOR RESOLUTION:1680x1050 ATM may go higher in the future

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: Basically what I am looking at is this forum already knows more than I can hope to learn from research over the next few weeks so I thought by leaving options open I would be able to get the most bang for my buck. I am a first time builder and will be following guides here. I do prefer something quiet and discreet (not a fan of the led lights etc.)

^^ Nice build IMO...
But go with a different HDD as the one that you have selected is more of a storage drive than a boot drive
Get this
Samsung F3 1TB - Faster and cheaper...

RAM - Other options
