Power supply testing

What is a good way of stress testing a PSU to make sure it is working correctly (other than putting it in another computer)?

Seems like a temp problem, but the system and cpu temps are typically 36C or less.

I have a system that reboots itself contantly after being on for a few minutes. The memory has been replaced, the motherboard RMA'd and returned (no info on what was found), and the video card has been swapped.

Only thing left is the CPU and PSU.

Thanks.

  1. You can do a no-load test but it really won't tell you much
