New Build $1,000 Budget

I am building a gaming PC for my brother who will use this mainly for playing Microsoft FSX. His budget is $1k but I really would like to get a great build and save him some money in the process. He wants the ability to fly w/ his already bought (6 monitors, yolk and pedal, keyboard, mouse). So any help w/ the ability to use that many monitors would be greatly appreciated. I found what I think to be a great price on a AMD X6 combo.

For 6 monitors, you're going to need to go with two of those graphics cards. Each one will run 3 monitors at max. Or try and find a 5870 Eyefinity 6 edition, it's a single card that can run 6 screens.
