SATA III slow transfer speed Tags: NAS / RAID SATA Hard Drives Storage nib_Star November 27, 2012 11:51:44 PM I have 2 hard drives, each one is SATA III, today I decided to move a 16gig file from my SSD to my 250gig back up internal drive. The transfer speed was at 25/mbps... I have checked my DeviceManager and all Write Cache-able are Enables, and my bios are running on Raid(XHD), what could be the problem?
