Alright so I got none from overclock.net so I'll try here,

I'm thinking of getting a LEXA S case because of the features such as the Fan controller and 4 included fans.
But I'm wondering if all the fans, fan controller and LED's will all fit on a Biostar A770E3 Mobo.

Will it? I'm not sure. And with a fan controller, do you plug the fans into there first and then that into somewhere?

Yes. The fans connect to the fan controller and the fan controller connects to a power source typically. Not really a big deal.

EDIT: Guess someone beat me to it...

You'll be just fine. You plug all the fans into the controller, then the controller into your PSU.
