I've been able to create a bootable DVD that contains 1 .gho file and 1
..ghs file. My question is during the ghosting process it prompts you
to continue the install (likely due to the fact that this is a 2 part
image). Are there any command line switches or tricks to make these
prompts disappear?

Have you tried -quiet? Also, you don't say which ghost you are using.
Norton's site has PDF versions of the manuals available for download.
