PARTS NOT REQUIRED: Monitor,

SLI OR CROSSFIRE: Yes / Maybe

MONITOR RESOLUTION: 60inch LCd TV, and 24inch lcd monitor (1920x1080, 1920x1200)

For just gaming, IMO X4 955/ i5 760 would be very good options...
But the X4 955 would be a better option because of the AM3 platform as AMD's next-gen CPUs might be based on AM3 platform, thus giving you an option to upgrade to them later on...
X4 955 + HD 5870

Gigabyte 890GX + OS - IMO HP would be better unless you use some professional, for which you need PRO/ Ultimate...

CASE + PSU -
Lian-Li K62 + XFX 750W( Well that Level 10 does look very good, but IMO its not practical to get one though)

BD Burner - Comes with Free 3D s/w and glasses

Sound card - You might want to first check out how the onboard works for you...
If it is not adequate, then buy a sound card and make sure its drivers dont have any issues with 64-bit...
