Question about a motherboard

So I just got this computer from a friend and I wanted to know if the mobo is any good and if i should just upgrade my 5850 gpu or change the motherboard.

yes that mobo is fine. further, if it turns on and the things you plug in show up, how can it be bad?

if your gaming at 1080 or below, save your money on both accounts.

I have an i5 750
4 GB of 1600MHz RAM
500GB WD HDD
Radeon HD 5850
700W PSU
Corsair Liquid Cooler
And A custom Gaming Case with red LED's

Do you really think I can just stay with what I have!?
