Changing motherboards.

I am replacing my EVGA 113-M2-E113 AM2+/AM2 NVIDIA nForce 730a HDMI ATX AMD Motherboard with an ASRock A770DE+ AM3/AM2+/AM2 AMD 770 ATX AMD Motherboard. I have two questions. I currently use the raid feature on the EVGA in RAID 0 for 2 3tb drives. Its classified as an NVIDIA stripe. My questions are:

Will I lose my RAID 0 setup or should I just be able to move it over?
and
Do I need to do a fresh install of Win7 x64 or should I be okay?

for the windows 7 bit sometimes you dont i didnt when i changes boards but when my board broke at one point and changed it again it went weird on me and had to reinstall
