Kindly asking for help

Hello everyone, I am seeking some help on what should I do/not do to my PC.

My parents bought a Dell Vostro 200 with the following specs;

Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 @ 3.00Ghz
2GB Ram
ATI Radeon HD 3450
Seagate 500GB Hard Drive
300W Power Supply

Now I want to updrage my VGA to something better, so I would like to know what you guys think on what power supply I should get also a VGA.

It will fit but EZcool PSU's are not very good, I've had one go pop on me and have had to change a few over the years.

Any price up to 160€ and gaming card better then the one I have right now, but I'm sure I can raise my budget a little more.
