I've also got one more question, will 530 watt be enough to power everything ?

Let me give this a shot.

1. If you don't need usb 3.0, you can save some money with this mobo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130290

2. I've never heard of the PSU you selected. The companies that make good, reliable psus are: seasonic, corsair, antec, xfx, sometimes ocz, and sometimes thermaltake. A better psu (with more power to boot) would be http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817207002&cm_re=xfx_650w-_-17-207-002-_-Product

3. Here's a handle power calculator: http://extreme.outervision.com/psucalculatorlite.jsp
It doesn't have the gtx 460 yet, but if you overclock your cpu and add a gtx 465, you're getting close to 500w.

1. USB 3.0 will become the Standard and 2.0 will die out, so if i were you i would stick with the ASUS.

2. Be Quiet is a first class PSU manufacturer which specializes itself in Silent PSU. The model you chose won't go above 33 dB at full load. I my opinion Be Quiet is better then Seasonic and Corsair.

3. I think that 530 watt will be enough.

e-buyers does not ship outside the UK if I am not mistaking.
I would recommend azerty.nl if you live in the Netherlands.
