No boot

Working on a HP Pavillion a1720n, with an 8600. It's not booting. I am getting the message on my monitor right at startup "Power saving enable, monitor will shut off in a few seconds." I have replaced the PSU, add on cards, reseated all the ram and CPU. I don't have any dual core boards or CPUs to test out so I am a bit short on options at this point. Any reccomendations would be helpful. Thanks,

Solved my own question. Went out and got a new motherboard and it works fine.
