Need to choose a motherboard

I am building my first PC and have all my components except the motherboard.
Most of the motherboards seem to have the same or similar specs (within the H67 group for Azuz and Gigabyte) but I would like some advice on what would be the best fit for what I currently have. I do not plan on using a separate video card at this time.

Only the case has been opened so far, so if I made any big mistakes let me know so I can exchange the parts if needed.

Take a look at the asrock H61ICAFE atx for $69.99 plus shipping at newegg. It's one of the least expensive atx boards listed. Only negative is single sided ram is required to fill all four slots.
