I am thinking to upgrade my computer to these specs

Operating System
MS Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
CPU
---OLD--- AMD Phenom X3 8600 Triple core (2.30GHz) ---NEW--- AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition Processor. Quad Core (3.20GHz)

RAM
Not Changing--- 2.0GB Single-Channel DDR2 @ 400MHz (5-5-5-18)

Motherboard
(Not Changing and i dont know what benefits it has) FOXCONN A7VMX-K

Graphics
Monitor: LG W2043 @ 1600x900
---OLD--- ATI Radeon HD 4350 512MB ---NEW--- SAPPHIRE ATI Radeon HD 5770 1GB

Hard Drives
313GB Western Digital WDC WD3200AAJS-22L7A0 ATA Device

Optical Drives
HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GH40F ATA Device

Audio
Realtek High Definition Audio

Will changing these things make my system a lot better and let me play good graphics games at 60FPS on around 13xx-xxx Resolution on high settings?

Thanks for the Help, also if you could correct the list i would appreciate it.

i think you should ad another 2GB of RAM since you're using 64bit windows. 5770 should be fine on the resolution that you;re intended to use, even at 1600x900 the card still be fine on most game. getting 60FPS in every game is depends on how your preference in game. if you like to max out everything in game i'm sure there will be still game out there that wouldn't let you to have 60FPS :D

depends on your usage. to have more core is not bad either. have you tried OCing your old processor?
