Thats not really a high quality power supply. it seems decent but it has goofy ratings.

ie 554watts on the 12 volt rail combined last I remembered 12*25A + 12*25 = 600w
their 600w one says the same. power 12v=504 watt but it rates the 2 rails at 300w each

a quality power supply would have the full amount available.. not some overrated crap on the side.
I cant read that language is there anything from seasonic, enermax, corsair, or pc power and cooling available?

personally I dont like 4 rail power supplies. That one is better than the first one..
there is a reason the ones you linked were 90 and 117

and
http://www.dinokomp.si/product_info.php/cPath/34_635/pr...

is 144

Power supplies typically last 5 years I would spend abit more for something very high quality.
Its also important to the life of the rest of your computer.

also on my previous comment I said not all of the current is available. This is for Overcurrent protection.. by design.

Was sleepy earlier :p

I still prefer a single 12v rail of 60~~ amps
