Hello,
I think about upgrading to
Phenom II X6 1090T
Sapphire 5750 Vapor X (or maybe 5770 but unlikely)
MB Gigabyte GA-880GM-UD2H or something similar

Are these psus any good?

Tecnoware 550W is really quiet and the price is good. Not sure about quality.
Other option would be XILENCE ATX2.3 550W

Mostly I’m concerned about price and noise. Any other recommendations?

Also motherboard has 8 pin 12v cpu power connector. Should I get an adapter or 4 pin 12v cpu will work fine?
Thanks in advance.

Quality power supplies are pretty much known internationally and those are 2 I have never even heard of. Stick with Corsair, Seasonic, PC Power and Cooling, XFX or Antec and you can count on a high quality product.

Yes I know those are good brands... but I can't afford those. The price is at least 2x higher.
This tecnoware 550W has 12v rail rated at 26A, and tecnoware 650W 25A 12v rail. I'm pretty sure they won't be able to run any high end cards despite 550w or even 650w rating. But what about radeon 5770 and phenom X6 1090? is that enough power? I want to buy tecnoware 550W, but don't want scenario when you start a game computer restarts.

The power supplys you have for us to choose from are crap.
No one will reccomend one. The odds of it failing and taking out your whole system with it are very high.
If you need a cheap power supply try the Antec Basiq 500 watt. model BP500U. At least if it dies it will not kill everything else with it.
