Video Card Upgrade *help*

I am currently running an 4400+ AMD Athlon 64x2 with 2gb DDR2, 22'' monitor, 400w power supply, and the following card...

My fan is going kybosh on me so it looks like I will fork out a few bucks for a new card. I've been looking around and finding cards in the in the $40 range that seem to beat the card I have. With my current card I play "Left 4 Dead 2", "NBA 2k10", and "Team Fortress 2" at a high graphics setting with no problems. I would like my new card to be as good or better (Preferably better).

Basically they will cost me near the same. One has a fan, one doesn't. I'm not looking for crazy framerates... I cant afford it. I just want something that is a step up from the card I have now. Your opinions would be much appreciated on the matter. Also, if you know of another card in the $50 range that is better, I'd love a link to it.

You're link don't work becuase they are .ca.

But that is probably the best card in your price range.
