Do what it tells you. Your drive is failing, and at some point(probably soon) it will completely fail and become inaccessible. back up your data before you lose it.

It still has warranty.Do I need to claim a new hard disk??? Or will they repair the same disk.I can't back up all the data because it's huge and all are important to me.What happens to my data if I send this HDD disk to manufacture??? :(  :(

Warranty covers your HDD but not your data. Some manufacturers (eg WD) will send you a replacement drive in advance and allow you some time to return the faulty one.
