Dear Yogesh,
I suggest you searching "data recover tool" on google
there are so many softwares on the website
Download one, and run it!
Then you can recover your date on the usb flash disk.

According to your description, this stick drive still can be detected by your computer. Congratulations! Your drive is only logically corrupted. That’s to say, you do have possibility to recover all your important data back at the aid of a free USB drive recovery tool. This software is found by my friend as his flash drive is corrupted for some virus attack and satisfyingly restores all his work files back. So, it will wok well on your drive, too. Go try it: http://blog4mark.blogspot.com/2012/11/how-to-repair-cor...
Actually, you could easily regain your inaccessible data from the backup, if you have backed up your data at least on two different drives. Hence, you should learn to keep at least two copied of everything important on separate drives in the future.

There are many reasons which may causes usb stick to be corrupted, it could be virus, or file table corruption, or physical damange, etc. However, the good news is that it's still possible to recover data from the usb stick, you may take a look at this guide: data recovery from corrupted drive

If the usb stick is not detected by computer, you can go to device manager and then assign a drive letter to usb stick. You can follow this guide

You may also want to scan the usb stick with anti-virus software and kill the virus if there's any
