PCI-E SSD x16 @ x4

Hi everyone,
The title itself may be quite confusing. I just wanna know how can a x16 SSD be affected when installed in a PCI-E x16 slot but run @ x4. (OCZ CloudServ in this case)

Because it has to share bus lines with the video card.
I believe the video card is in x8 mode, but the ssd should also be in x8 mode, but I could be wrong it could be x4 x4 too

It will be maybe 5-10% slower. Still be a whole lot quicker than any sata 3 ssd.
