Hello,
When i plug the mouse in to the compuer it dosen't respond nd no other usb device will either

If it is a motherboard back panel USB it may be broken, if it is on the front of the machine the cable connection may be loose.

If other ports work and it is just one port, it is more likely a hardware issue, if it affects all ports it may instead be a driver issue.
