Problem with 4650 AGP driver

Here is what I have tried:

Went from an nvidia 5700 ultra. Uninstalled, safe mode driver sweeper, Install hotfix drivers. Would not detect card.

Uninstalled, safe mode driver sweeper, installed drivers from cd, then installed hotfix over them.

Got:

No ATI graphics driver is installed, or the ATI driver is not functioning properly. Please install the ATI driver appropriate for your ATI hardware.

Extracted inf from hotfwith 7zip and slip streamed in xp install disk. Clean install. Worked for a few reboots, then got the message:

No ATI graphics driver is installed, or the ATI driver is not functioning properly. Please install the ATI driver appropriate for your ATI hardware.

I bought this card just to fold on my server, and I can't get it to work. This is frustrating. Please help.

go to ATI and download the latest HotFix for it. They are up to 10.8 now. Had the same problem.

Also Make sure that your GART Driver is being properly recognized.
