UT2004 caching empty files on Linux

Hi,

There are a few problem files that turn up empty in my cache, causing a
"Readfile beyond EOF 0+4/0" error upon connecting to a server with such
a mod enabled.
Some I can remove and they then work, but others I have tried EVERYTHING
to connect - manually downloading, deleting the cached file, even
removing all permissions from the file - in each case the file was
replaced with an empty version.

The files this happens for are AntiTCC18f (none of the others!) and
UAdminModV075b.
