Streaming vedio hangs with all 4 cores

Hi,
my case is very diff. from the others. I have amd 555be and Using it with MSI 790gx-g65 Motherboard. I had unlocked the 2 other cores with stock cooler and temp are very high 52-58 C. Every thing is running nice but when i'm watching youtube videos, it gets freez. I'd tried to run it with tri-core and it is running well and temp are as same as before.
My smps is 450 watt and may be it is local. It gets very hot, you can feel it over the cabinet.......... so is it smps fault or may be other.
what should I do ...

What 450W power supply do you have? Power supplies vary in ability and quality. What are the rest of the specs of your system like memory and graphics card.

Have you run prime 95 when you have all 4 cores unlocked to see if it crashes out? Your 4th core might actually be bad and not stable when its unlocked.
